Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Monitor, assess, and document patients’ conditions and progress
- Administer medications and assist with medical and nursing procedures
- Collaborate effectively with doctors and other healthcare professionals
- Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and care procedures
- Accurately document patient information and maintain strict confidentiality
- Ensure professionalism at all times and adhere to hospital policies and procedures
- Comply with ethical standards and regulatory guidelines
- Maintain a safe and supportive care environment
Requirements:
- Registered Nurse (RN) certification with a valid license from the Nursing and Midwifery Council of Nigeria
- Previous hands-on clinical experience is an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Respectful, reliable, and compliant with hospital policies
- Proficiency in using medical equipment and patient record software
- Must reside in Benin City.
