Role Description

We are seeking dynamic and passionate Independent Remote Marketers to join Cozillion on a commission-based model. As a marketer, your responsibilities will include identifying new market opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, promoting Cozillion's services, and driving customer engagement through compelling marketing efforts. This is a full-time position based on-site in Ikeja, where you will collaborate with a motivated team to achieve shared goals while having flexibility and autonomy in your work.
Qualifications

• Strong skills in customer acquisition, lead generation, and maintaining client relationships
• Experience in digital marketing, content creation, and social media strategy
• Proficiency in designing and executing marketing campaigns across various channels
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets
• Analytical skills to evaluate campaign performance and propose data-driven improvements
• Prior marketing or sales experience is an advantage
• Familiarity with the local market in Ikeja is a plus
