Networking and Ethical Hacking Instructor

Responsibilities:

• Deliver clear and comprehensive course material on Networking, covering certifications like A+, Network+, and CCNA; Cybersecurity certifications such as Security+, Certified in Cybersecurity and Certified Ethical Hacker, as well as Linux and Windows Server OS Administration.
• Foster a positive learning environment and encourage students’ participation.
• Implement instructional activities that contribute to a climate where students actively engage in meaningful learning experiences.
• Utilise effective class management techniques to ensure productive and focused learning.
• Identify, select, and modify instructional resources to meet the needs of students with varying backgrounds, learning styles, and special needs.
• Assess student learning through formative and summative assessments.
• Prepare students for further advancements in their field of interest.
• Provide ongoing feedback to students to help them improve their learning strategies and outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members and participate in faculty meetings and other activities.
• Stay current with the latest industry trends and advancements in networking and security.

Requirements:

• Aptech Certified Network Specialist (ACNS) or a Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• At least 2 - 3 years of experience as a networking engineer or cybersecurity professional.
• Proven teaching experience, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly, concisely, and engagingly.
• Strong working knowledge and professional experience with Hardware, Networking and Security.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated dedication to professional development.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must have a passion for teaching and inspiring students.
