Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Create and manage virtual machines, containers/droplets, and configure security policies, firewalls, and VPNs on cloud-based networks.
- Install and configure computer hardware, operating systems, software, networks, and applications.
- Install, configure, and manage ESET Network Antivirus across all systems.
- Continuously monitor and maintain systems and networks for optimal performance.
- Create and manage new user accounts, email addresses, and access levels for staff via Microsoft 365.
- Ensure data backups are completed regularly and antivirus definitions are always up to date.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system, network, software, and hardware issues.
- Support the deployment and rollout of new applications.
- Maintain detailed records of technical issues and their resolutions for future reference.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience
- Degree in a related field
