The Multimedia Content Creator will be responsible for capturing high-quality photographs and videos during company events, productions, and projects. The role requires the ability to perform instant editing for social media and digital platforms while ensuring that key moments are documented professionally.

Responsibilities:
- Capture high-quality photographs and videos during company events, productions, interviews, meetings, and outdoor assignments.
- Identify and document key moments, candid interactions, and important highlights that tell compelling visual stories.
- Perform real-time or same-day editing of photos and videos for immediate publication on social media and other digital platforms.
- Produce engaging short-form content, including reels, TikTok videos, YouTube Shorts, and behind-the-scenes footage.
- Ensure all visual content aligns with the company's brand identity and communication objectives.
- Operate and maintain cameras, lenses, lighting equipment, gimbals, drones (where applicable), and audio recording devices.
- Collaborate with the Creative, Digital Marketing, and Communications teams to execute content strategies.
- Organize, archive, and maintain digital files for easy retrieval.
- Ensure all media files are backed up and stored securely.
- Cover company events, client activations, conferences, award ceremonies, and live productions as assigned.
- Recommend creative ideas for improving visual storytelling and audience engagement.
- Keep up-to-date with photography, videography, and editing trends and technologies.
Requirements:
- A minimum of a Diploma in Mass Communication, Media Studies, Photography, Film Production, or a related field is an advantage.
- Minimum of3–4 years of professional photography and videography experience.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating photography, videography, and editing skills.
- Proficiency in: Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, Adobe After Effects (advantage), CapCut, DaVinci Resolve (advantage)
- Experience operating DSLR, Mirrorless cameras, lighting equipment, and gimbals.
- Ability to edit and deliver content under tight deadlines.
- Strong understanding of framing, composition, lighting, and storytelling.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings when covering events.
