Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Pick up and deliver food orders promptly and professionally
- Ensure safe handling and timely delivery of customer orders
- Maintain excellent customer service and communication at all times
- Verify delivery details before dispatch
- Keep the assigned motorcycle clean and properly maintained
- Follow traffic rules and safety regulations
- Assist with other delivery-related tasks when required
Requirements:
- Valid rider’s license and good knowledge of road safety regulations
- Proven experience as a dispatch rider or motorcycle rider
- Good knowledge of routes within the city and surrounding areas
- Ability to use smartphones and delivery applications
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Must be punctual, reliable, and responsible
- Ability to work under pressure and meet delivery timelines
- A minimum of an SSCE qualification is preferred
- Must reside within or close to the job location preferred
