Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Edit promotional videos, product/service videos, tutorials and short-form social media content.
- Create motion graphics, animations, captions and transitions that enhance storytelling.
- Design social media posts, carousels, thumbnails and campaign graphics.
- Adapt content for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and Facebook.
- Develop creative content ideas that align with the Ileero Go brand.
- Support the creation of visual content for marketing campaigns and business communications.
- Review audience engagement and feedback to improve content performance.
- Take ownership of assigned projects and deliver content within agreed timelines.
Requirements:
- Strong portfolio demonstrating video editing, motion design and graphic design skills.
- Proficiency with tools such as Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, Photoshop or Canva.
- Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, typography, composition and visual consistency.
- Experience creating content specifically for social media platforms.
- Creativity and the ability to turn ideas into engaging visual concepts.
- Good attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Ability to meet deadlines and respond positively to feedback.
