NGYouthSDGs is looking for a Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning Manager who will be responsible for ensuring the effective monitoring, evaluation, and learning processes within the organization. The monitoring, evaluation, and learning manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing monitoring, evaluation, and learning frameworks, systems, and processes to track progress, measure impact, and facilitate organizational learning. You will be joining a team of caring and committed individuals who believe in supporting the bold ideas of young people and grassroots organizations to deepen their impact and advocate for youth rights. Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- The Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring effective programme implementation and impact assessment within our organization.
- Reporting to the Executive Director, the MEL Manager is responsible for developing and implementing robust MEL frameworks, systems, and processes to track programme performance.
Requirements:
- Minimum academic qualification of a Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- 3 years of working experience
Location:Â Lagos, Nigeria (Hybrid)
Contract Type:Â 12 Months
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 Naira
Start Date:Â April 2024
