Mixologist / Bartender / Barista

Role Description

This is a contract, on-site role for a Mixologist / Bartender / Barista located in Benin City. The role involves crafting a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, mocktails, and specialty coffees or teas, while ensuring excellent customer service. Day-to-day tasks include preparing and serving drinks, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, restocking inventory, and adhering to safety and hygiene standards. The professional will also take customer orders, provide recommendations, and contribute to creating a welcoming and enjoyable environment for guests.

Qualifications

• Customer Service and Communication skills to provide exceptional guest experiences and effectively interact with patrons.
• Food & Beverage knowledge with expertise in creating drinks and understanding menu items.
• Experience in providing Training and mentorship to team members in beverage preparation and customer handling.
• Culinary Skills for enhancing drink presentation and complementary food pairings.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage, though not required.
