We are seeking a high-performing Marketer with strong field and digital marketing skills to drive sales, bring in new clients, and manage existing customers. This role requires someone who can consistently sell up to 200 doors per month, work independently, and exceed targets.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Achieve a monthly sales target of 200 doors.
- Attract, pitch to, and convert new clients.
- Manage and retain existing customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat sales.
- Execute both E-Marketing (social media, digital ads, lead generation) and Field Marketing strategies.
- Conduct market research and identify new sales opportunities.
- Provide weekly and monthly sales reports.
- Work independently with minimal supervision.
- Represent the company professionally during client engagements.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc. preferred but not compulsory if experience is strong.
- 3–5 years proven sales experience.
- Strong sales and marketing ability with measurable results.
- Proficiency in digital marketing, social media promotion, and online lead conversion.
- Solid experience in field marketing and direct sales.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong customer relationship management.
- Ability to meet and exceed targets consistently.
- Confident, self-driven, and highly motivated.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Experience in selling building materials, furniture, fittings, doors, or related products (preferred).
- Evidence of meeting high sales targets in previous roles.
- Ability to Sell 150–200+ Units Monthly: Large sales volumes, Both B2B and B2C market and High-demand sales cycles
- Strong E-Marketing & Lead Generation Skills: Running paid ads, Managing social media marketing and Turning online leads into paying customers
- Field Marketing Experience
- Ability to Work Without Supervision
- Ability to work Monday–Friday (8am–5pm) and support Saturday operations when needed.
