We are seeking a Mid-Level Product Manager to help drive the strategy, development, and delivery of impactful digital products. You will work closely with engineering, design, and business teams to define product requirements, prioritize features, and ensure products deliver real value to users and the business.

Responsibilities:
- Own and manage product features from ideation through launch
- Gather and translate business and user requirements into clear product specifications
- Create and maintain product roadmaps, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Work closely with designers and engineers to ensure timely and high-quality delivery
- Conduct user research and usability testing, and analyze product performance metrics
- Prioritize backlog items based on impact, effort, and business goals
- Collaborate with stakeholders to align product strategy with company objectives
- Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback and data
- Document product decisions and communicate updates clearly across teams
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in Product Management or a related role
- Proven experience working with cross-functional team
- Strong understanding of product development lifecycles (Agile/Scrum)
- Experience writing product requirements, user stories, and documentation
- Ability to analyze data and make informed product decisions
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills
- Experience with tools such as Jira, Notion, Confluence, Productboard, or similar
Nice to Have:
- Experience working on SaaS, fintech, or consumer digital products
- Basic understanding of UX/UI design principles
- Experience working in remote or distributed teams
