Mid-Level Architect

Delano Architects is seeking a Mid-level Architect to join our team. We are looking for thoughtful individuals with excellent communication and technical skills. The ideal candidate will have between 6 - 10 years of professional experience and will bring design excellence to every project. A strong understanding and experience with developing detailed construction drawings is a requirement.

As a Mid-level Architect, you  

• Perform architectural assignments with no immediate supervision and work independently 

• Assist in developing design and technical solutions for projects in all phases, including graphics, renderings and performance metrics for the successful communication of the design goals  

• Produce working drawings, design drawings, presentation drawings, and digital models  

• Assist in the execution of Construction Administration responsibilities and project close-out  

• Contribute to general office-wide initiatives and marketing efforts  

• Help build relationships with clients and consultants with team leaders  

Qualifications:  

• Highly motivated, proactive, passionate well-organized and detail-oriented person  

• Excellent team communication skills, design presentation, and storytelling skills  

• Experience detailing and execution of construction documents with minimal supervision  

• Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD and Microsoft Office required. Skills in Rendering Software is helpful  

• Professional Architectural degree and a minimum of 6 to 10 years of related experience  

• Master's Degree is preferred
