Microsoft Dynamics Implementation Engineer

Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions for enterprise customers.
• Lead Dynamics 365 implementation, migration, and upgrade projects.
• Configure Dynamics 365 modules based on customer business requirements.
• Perform data migration, system integration, and solution testing activities.
• Configure workflows, business rules, forms, dashboards, and reports.
• Support integration between Dynamics 365 and third-party applications.
• Conduct solution validation, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Prepare technical documentation, implementation guides, and as-built documentation.
• Provide technical support and knowledge transfer to customers following project completion.
• Collaborate with project managers, sales teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Participate in customer meetings, workshops, and technical discussions.
• Stay updated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 technologies and best practices. 

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementation and support.
• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Proven experience implementing and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions.
• Experience with one or more Dynamics 365 modules including: Dynamics 365 Finance, Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management, Dynamics 365 Sales, Dynamics 365 Customer Service, Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Experience with Dynamics 365 customization, configuration, and deployment.
• Experience with data migration and system integration projects.
• Familiarity with Microsoft Power Platform technologies, including Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer-facing and communication skills.
• Strong documentation and reporting skills.

• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Fundamentals (MB-910)
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Finance Functional Consultant Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Supply Chain Management Functional Consultant Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Experience Analyst Associate
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200)
