Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- In-store execution: Visit assigned stores weekly to check stock levels, ensure proper product display, and maintain brand visibility
- Inventory & replenishment: Monitor product availability, report low stock, and coordinate with stores/distributors for restocking
- New business development: Identify and pitch to new stores, salons, and beauty retailers to expand our market presence
- Brand advocacy: Educate store staff and customers about product benefits, USPs, and promotions
- Sales tracking: Collect sales data, competitor activity, and pricing insights from stores and submit weekly reports
- Promotions: Support in-store activations, product demos, and campaigns when needed
- Relationship management: Build strong relationships with store managers and attendants to secure prime shelf space
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of a Diploma
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
