This role combines strategy, community management, digital marketing, content creation, and relationship management to ensure members are informed.

Responsibilities:
Membership Strategy & Engagement:
- Lead the development and execution of membership recruitment, engagement, and retention strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, partners, and key stakeholders.
- Design and implement membership programs, benefits, and events that drive engagement and value.
- Monitor and report on membership metrics, feedback, and engagement trends.
- Moderate online and offline community interactions, ensuring member queries and feedback are addressed promptly.
- Develop and implement the Institute’s communications strategy across digital and traditional channels.
- Lead digital marketing campaigns to promote membership, events, programs, and initiatives.
- Provide strategic insights and recommendations to senior leadership on member engagement, community, and communications.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- Minimum of a BSc.

Location: Remote (Ibadan & Kano Preferred)
Remuneration: NGN 200,000 Naira (net)
