Responsibilities:

Participate in the company's structured Medical Sales Training Programme.
Learn the features, benefits, and clinical applications of the company's pharmaceutical products.
Promote company products ethically to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, clinics, and other healthcare professionals.
Build and maintain strong professional relationships with healthcare providers.
Conduct regular customer visits and product presentations under the guidance of senior sales personnel.
Generate product awareness and create demand within assigned territories.

Achieve assigned sales and activity targets.
Gather and report market intelligence, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Prepare and submit timely daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
Attend all training sessions, sales meetings, and product knowledge workshops.
Uphold the company's values, policies, and ethical standards at all times.
