Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell the company’s medical and healthcare products to hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other healthcare providers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with medical professionals and key decision‑makers.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for clients.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within assigned territories.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to support strategic planning.
- Prepare and submit timely sales reports, forecasts, and activity updates.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Biological Sciences or related field (e.g., Biochemistry, Microbiology, Physiology, Pharmacology).
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in medical sales or a related field.
- Strong understanding of medical and pharmaceutical products.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and customer focus.
