Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
- Promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, pharmacists, hospitals, and clinics
- Build and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and healthcare providers
- Execute territory coverage plans to maximize product visibility
- Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory
- Conduct product presentations and detailing sessions
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy, Pharmacology, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Anatomy, Physiology, Medical Laboratory Science, Biological Sciences, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Medical/Pharmaceutical Sales Representative
- Demonstrated, verifiable track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing hospital, pharmacy, and healthcare professional accounts
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills
