Medical Doctor

Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed medical case studies and realistic clinical scenarios.
• Create clinical reasoning and decision-making challenges based on real-world healthcare situations.
• Evaluate AI-generated medical responses for clinical accuracy, logical consistency, and completeness.
• Review recommendations against relevant medical guidelines and evidence-based practices.
• Identify errors, omissions, and potentially misleading clinical conclusions.
• Provide structured feedback to improve AI performance in medical and healthcare-related tasks.
• Collaborate with technical and research teams to refine evaluation scenarios.
• Document clinical reasoning and explain medical decisions clearly.
• Maintain appropriate professional standards when handling clinical information.

Requirements:

• Medical Doctor (MD) degree or equivalent recognized medical qualification from an accredited institution.
• Current medical licence or registration in a recognized jurisdiction, where required for the engagement.
• Demonstrated clinical, academic, or research experience in modern medical practice or healthcare delivery.
• Strong analytical and clinical reasoning skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to explain complex medical concepts and clinical decisions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to evidence-based medical standards.

Preferred Requirements:

• Several years of clinical practice or substantial medical research experience.
• Specialist knowledge in one or more medical disciplines.
• Experience developing medical educational materials, clinical case studies, or professional training content.
• Involvement in medical research, healthcare technology, or digital health initiatives.
• Familiarity with AI applications in healthcare, clinical decision-support tools, or medical education technology.
