As part of that commitment, the client is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced professional medical director.
Role Description
The Medical Director serves as the clinical leader and chief custodian of medical governance within the hospital.
The role is responsible for driving clinical excellence, enforcing regulatory compliance, aligning medical services within the organization's strategic objectives.
The ideal candidate will posses a medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) with full registration and licensure to practice.
He/She must have proven leadership skills and a passion for advancing health care standards. Minimum of 10 years experience with at least 4 years in a senior leadership or medical management role is position is essential.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Medicine, with specialization in fields such as Cardiology, Neurology, Oncology or any medical field.
- Strong ability to collaborate and work effectively with physicians and multidisciplinary teams
- Demonstrated leadership and decision-making skills in medical or clinical settings
- In-depth understanding of healthcare regulations, compliance and best practices
- Advanced medical degree with relevant certifications and licensure
- Excellent communication, problem-solving and organizational skills
- Experience in healthcare management or administration is a strong asset
