You will lead the company’s strategic marketing efforts while actively identifying and closing large-scale opportunities with the CEO executives. This role requires a blend of creative storytelling, data-driven marketing, and sophisticated sales negotiation.

Responsibilities:
Business Development & Strategic Growth:
- High-Value Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and secure large-scale business opportunities that align with long-term strategic goals.
- Executive Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain a network of CEOs and Director-level decision-makers within target sectors.
- Full-Cycle Sales Leadership: Manage complex deal cycles from lead generation and high-impact presentations to contract finalisation and closing.
- Market Intelligence: Conduct deep-dive analysis into industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a first-mover advantage.
- Pipeline Accuracy: Maintain a rigorous and transparent sales pipeline, providing data-backed forecasts to the MD and Group Chairman.
Marketing Strategy & Brand Oversight:
- Holistic Strategy: Design and implement an integrated marketing roadmap that bridges the gap between brand awareness and revenue generation.
- Omnichannel Management: Oversee all digital touchpoints (SEO/SEM, Social, Email) and paid media spend to ensure a high Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
- Budget Stewardship: Strategically allocate marketing resources and budgets to maximise brand equity and lead volume.
- Cross-Functional Liaison: Act as the bridge between Operations, Legal, and Finance to ensure seamless client onboarding and brand consistency.
Content Strategy & Multimedia Production:
- Brand Identity: Maintain a unified brand voice and visual style across all platforms, acting as the ultimate guardian of the company's public image.
- Content Lifecycle: Oversee a robust content calendar, producing high-quality assets including:
- Social: Engaging video, reels, and stories for LinkedIn, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Editorial: Compelling whitepapers, blog posts, newsletters, and press releases.
- Production: Directing high-end photography and videography for corporate storytelling.
- Innovation: Pioneer new content formats, such as podcasts or interactive infographics, to engage target audiences.
Community Engagement & Reputation Management:
- Digital Presence: Grow and nurture online communities, ensuring the brand is perceived as responsive, professional, and industry-leading.
- Influencer Relations: Partner with key industry advocates and influencers to amplify brand reach.
- Crisis Communication: Proactively monitor brand sentiment and address reputation risks with speed and professionalism.
Data Analytics & Performance Reporting:
- Performance Tracking: Utilise Google Analytics and social insights to measure the efficacy of every campaign.
- ROI Reporting: Deliver monthly executive summaries highlighting KPIs, conversion rates, and actionable insights for optimisation.
Requirements:
- Education: B.Sc. in Marketing, Communications, Social Sciences, or a related field. Advanced Degree: An MBA will be considered an advantage.
- Tenure: Minimum of 7 years in Media, Marketing, or Business Development, with at least 3 years in a management capacity.
- Closing Ability: Proven track record of negotiating and closing high-value corporate deals.
- Technical Savvy: Expert-level knowledge of digital marketing tools and content production workflows.
- Leadership: Demonstrable ability to mentor teams and lead cross-departmental projects.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional interpersonal skills; a "polished" communicator capable of influencing senior stakeholders.
