Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation and Management: Developing content for various platforms, including press releases, social media, and websites.
  • Social Media Management: Building and managing social media profiles, creating engaging content, and monitoring online presence.
  • Media Relations: Identifying press opportunities, conducting press conferences, and serving as the organization's media liaison.
  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Planning and executing media campaigns, managing budgets, and analyzing performance.
  • Team Management: Leading a team of content creators, community managers, and other stakeholders.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Monitoring media trends, analyzing performance data, and providing regular reports.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensuring key messages align with business strategies and maintaining brand consistency across all media channels.
  • Crisis Management: Developing and implementing crisis management protocols for social media channels.


Requirement:

  • A bachelor's degree in Mass-Communications, Journalism, Media, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience: 3-5 years of work experience in media management, social media management, or a related role
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as Google Analytics or social media marketing certifications, can be beneficial
  • Strong understanding of media trends and marketing practices
  • Good Writing Skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to create engaging content for various platforms
  • Proficiency in social media management tools and analytics platforms
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
  • Leadership and team management skills
