SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER
Job summary
We are seeking to hire for the role of social media manager. the Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple online platforms. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of digital marketing, social media advertising, lead generation.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute the company's media and content strategy to enhance brand awareness and support sales objectives.
- Lead the planning, production, and distribution of high-quality photo, video, and graphic content for digital and offline marketing.
- Manage all company social media platforms and ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Plan and oversee property video tours, client testimonials, promotional campaigns, and event coverage.
- Supervise content creation, ensuring quality, creativity, and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop campaigns that generate qualified leads and increase property sales.
- Monitor digital media performance and prepare monthly analytics and performance reports.
- Manage relationships with photographers, videographers, influencers, and other creative partners where necessary.
- Stay up to date with emerging media trends, digital marketing innovations, and competitor activities.
- Contribute directly to business growth through personal marketing and networking efforts that result in property sales.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Mass Communication, Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum of three (3) years' experience in media management, content strategy, digital marketing, or a related role.
- Proven experience leading content creation and managing brand communications.
- Strong skills in photography, videography, video editing, and graphic design.
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, or other professional creative software.
- Excellent copywriting, storytelling, and communication skills.
- Good understanding of Meta Ads, Google Ads, social media analytics, and digital marketing best practices.
- Strong leadership, project management, and organizational skills.
- Experience in the real estate industry is an added advantage.
Remuneration: NGN150,000 – 200,000 net (depending on experience).
