Job summary
The Media/IT Officer is responsible for managing the Branch's digital space and digital media activities to support operational efficiency, brand visibility, and effective communication. The role involves maintaining computer systems, networks, software, and digital platforms for the Branch.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and update the Branch's social media platforms.
- Create and publish engaging digital content, including graphics, videos, photographs, and written materials.
- Develop media campaigns to promote organizational activities, products, and services.
- Capture and edit photos and videos for events, projects, and marketing purposes.
- Monitor social media performance and prepare periodic analytics reports.
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all communication channels.
- Support the planning and execution of online and physical events through media and technology solutions.
- Prepare reports on digital space performance, digital engagement, and project outcomes.
- Provide recommendations on emerging technologies and digital communication trends.
Requirements:
- Experience managing Google Zoom and social media platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of computer hardware, software installation, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Canva, CorelDRAW, or similar applications.
- Basic video editing and multimedia production skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
- Creativity and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
