- Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other platforms.
- Conduct audience research and run A/B tests to optimize creatives, targeting, and bidding strategies.
- Analyze campaign performance, prepare reports, and provide actionable insights.
- Scale campaigns profitably while managing budgets effectively.
- Collaborate with the creative team to produce engaging ad creatives (videos, graphics, and copy).
- Stay updated with platform trends, policies, and algorithm changes.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Media Buyer / Facebook Ads / TikTok Ads Marketer.
- Strong track record of running profitable campaigns on social media platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Google Ads, SEO/SEM, and marketing funnels.
- Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
- Knowledge of e-commerce advertising strategies is a plus.
- Creative thinker with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
