Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Maintain,
troubleshoot, and optimize automated systems across injection molding, blow
molding, extrusion, and thermoforming machines
- Ensure
maximum machine uptime and production efficiency
- Diagnose
mechanical, electrical, and control system issues
- Implement
improvements to enhance quality, reduce downtime, and cut operational costs
- Collaborate with production, maintenance, and engineering teams to ensure seamless operations
Requirements:
- Minimum
3-5 years of hands-on experience in plastic manufacturing or related industrial
automation
- Strong
technical expertise in injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, and
thermoforming machinery
- Proven
success in improving system efficiency, reducing waste, and ensuring quality
excellence
- Strong
leadership skills and ability to drive performance in a team environment
- Ability
to work in a fast-paced, high-demand manufacturing setup
- Willingness to restructure, standardize, and support continuous improvement processes
