Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide mechanical maintenance for batching plant equipment, including mixers, conveyors, hoppers, weigh systems, pumps, and related rotating machinery.
- Carry out routine inspection, lubrication, alignment, and replacement of mechanical components, and troubleshoot abnormal vibration, noise, or leakage.
- Support planned shutdowns and emergency repairs to minimize production interruptions, and communicate progress to the plant operator.
- Ensure guarding and safety devices are in place, apply permit-to-work requirements where needed, and keep maintenance checklists and work orders updated.
- Assist in improving reliability through root-cause analysis and basic condition monitoring.
Requirements:
- 3 years experience
- Knowledge of the machines is required
