Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design plumbing systems, including water supply, drainage, and piping layouts, using AutoCAD
- Prepare accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQ) and comprehensive technical documentation for all plumbing works
- Provide specialist expertise across the full plumbing project lifecycle from design and coordination through to installation oversight and completion
- Supervise on-site plumbing installations, ensuring compliance with approved drawings, project specifications, and delivery timelines
- Lead and coordinate teams of engineers and technicians to maintain consistent quality standards throughout construction
- Collaborate with other engineering disciplines and project stakeholders for seamless, integrated project execution
- Ensure all plumbing systems meet relevant codes, industry standards, and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Minimum of an HND in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in plumbing/mechanical projects (site and office)
- Strong working knowledge of water supply, drainage, and piping systems
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical documentation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and the ability to work collaboratively across teams
