Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- High proficiency in AutoCAD for plumbing system design, layouts, and detailed drawings (water supply, drainage, and piping systems).
- Prepare an accurate BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and technical documentation for plumbing works.
- Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in plumbing systems, including design, installation, and coordination.
- Oversee on-site installations, ensuring work is carried out according to drawings, specifications, and project timelines.
- Lead, coordinate, and supervise technicians and engineers to ensure quality delivery.
- Collaborate effectively with other engineering disciplines and stakeholders for smooth project execution.
- Ensure all plumbing systems meet relevant codes, standards, and safety requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or HND in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ proven experience in plumbing/mechanical projects (both site and office).Strong knowledge of water supply, drainage, and piping systems.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and technical documentation.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Good communication and teamwork abilities.
