TRAADZ is seeking an experienced Master Tailor to lead garment construction in our ready-to-wear production house. The ideal candidate will oversee sewing operations, ensure top-tier finishing, and guide junior tailors within a sewing line production setup

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Lead daily sewing and finishing for RTW garments
- Interpret patterns, sketches, and measurement charts accurately
- Collaborate with the pattern maker to construct and refine garment samples/prototypes before mass production.
- Train and supervise team members for quality and efficiency
- Operate industrial machines: lockstitch, overlock, blind stitch, buttonholer, coverstitch
- Conduct quality checks throughout production
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years in professional tailoring experience.
- Secondary school level education
- Proven expertise in structured garments (especially blazers, shirts, and dresses).
- Strong technical knowledge of garment construction, finishing, and pattern interpretation.
- Leadership and team mentoring ability and strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
