Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide professional massage therapy services to clients
- Assess clients’ needs and recommend suitable treatments
- Perform different massage techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, and relaxation massage
- Maintain a clean, hygienic, and comfortable treatment environment
- Ensure client comfort, privacy, and satisfaction during sessions
- Keep accurate records of client treatments and preferences
- Follow health, safety, and hygiene standards at all times
- Promote wellness services and recommend treatments when necessary
- Prepare massage rooms and ensure equipment and supplies are properly maintained
- Build and maintain positive client relationships
Requirements:
- Certification or training in Massage Therapy or related field
- Proven experience as a Massage Therapist is an advantage
- Strong knowledge of massage techniques and body wellness
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends if required
- Good physical stamina and hand strength
