As a Marketing & Sales officer, you are the frontline force driving user acquisition and brand trust. You will bridge the gap between our digital platform and the marketplace through direct engagement, field research, and tactical grassroots promotions.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct direct outreach to shop owners and individual consumers, demonstrating how to use the Womata app.
- Act as the eyes and ears of the company. Gather data on local market pricing, brand preferences, and competitor activities to help optimize product selection.
- Execute high-energy "ground-level" campaigns. Manage the distribution of brand souvenirs to build loyalty and high brand recall in busy trade zones.
- Interrogate users' pain points and relay this data to the overseas product team to drive service optimization.
- Convert field leads into active Womata app users and buyers, ensuring consistent growth in warehouse throughput.
Requirements:
- Performance-driven: while a degree is a plus, we prioritize candidates with outstanding sales performance or relevant experience in field marketing and promotions.
- Ability to spend the majority of the day on the field, navigating Lagos's major trade hubs and interacting with diverse demographics.
- Persuasive communication: You must be highly fluent in English/local languages to effectively negotiate and explain technical e-commerce processes to traditional traders.
- Tech literacy: comfortable using smartphone apps to demonstrate platform features and record field data.
- Integrity: proven ability to manage promotional materials and report field findings honestly and accurately.
