Role Description: The Marketing Team Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Lagos State, Nigeria. This role is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth for DLE. The Marketing Team Lead will oversee day-to-day marketing operations, including campaign planning, content and collateral development, digital and offline marketing initiatives, and performance tracking. This position involves leading and coaching a marketing team, collaborating closely with sales and operations, and ensuring consistent brand messaging across all channels. The Marketing Team Lead will also analyze market trends, monitor competitors, and provide data-driven recommendations to improve marketing effectiveness and support business objectives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns.
- Lead, supervise, and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to increase market share.
- Manage digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, SEO, and online advertising.
- Coordinate brand management initiatives to ensure consistent brand messaging.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to generate and nurture qualified leads.
- Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective utilization of resources.
- Monitor campaign performance and prepare periodic marketing reports.
- Build and maintain relationships with media partners, agencies, and other stakeholders.
- Organize promotional events, product launches, and customer engagement activities.

- Lead generation targets achieved.
- Revenue contribution from marketing campaigns.

- Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI).
- Customer acquisition and retention rates.

REQUIREMENT:
Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
- Professional certifications in marketing are an added advantage.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
