Responsibilities:
- Coordinate marketing campaigns, events, activations, and promotional activities.
- Supervise content creation and manage the company’s digital and social media platforms.
- Monitor campaign performance, digital metrics, and prepare marketing reports.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business growth.
- Supervise junior marketing staff, assign tasks, and monitor team performance.
- Coordinate with vendors, agencies, and internal departments for smooth project execution.
- Support budget monitoring and ensure cost-effective marketing operations.
- Collaborate with Sales and Operations teams to align marketing activities with business objectives.
Requirements:
- B.Sc / HND in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of marketing experience with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
- Strong project execution skills.
- Good communication, leadership, and vendor management skills.
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing analytics and campaign tracking.
- Creative thinking and understanding of content and branding principles.
