Job summary

Will be responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing strategies to build brand presence, drive passenger growth, and reinforce its positioning as Nigeria’s leading regional airline. This role involves overseeing brand management, customer engagement, digital marketing, PR, market research, and campaign execution

Job descriptions & requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement the annual marketing strategy and calendar aligned with the company’s business goals.
  • Strengthen brand positioning as a safe, reliable, and customer-first regional airline.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all channels and touchpoints
  • Drive digital presence across social media, website, and digital ads.
  • Develop engaging, Location-contextual storytelling campaigns to build awareness and top-of-mind recall.
  • Manage online reputation by responding to customer feedback promptly
  • Plan and execute customer-centric initiatives (e.g., Customer Service Week, festive campaigns, inflight activations).
  • Work with sales to develop customer retention programs and loyalty initiatives.
  • Conceptualize and execute 360° campaigns to promote destinations, new routes, and seasonal offers.
  • Collaborate with creative agencies, media partners, and internal teams for execution.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and passenger insights surveys.
  • Provide data-driven recommendations for pricing, promotions, and new market opportunities


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (MBA is a plus).
  • Minimum 3-5 years in marketing/brand management, preferably in aviation, travel, or consumer services.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, PR, and customer engagement.
  • Proven experience in developing and executing successful campaigns.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to lead a small marketing team and manage external agencies.
  • Candidates must be between the ages of 25 and 33.
  • Must possess WAEC certificate with minimum of 5 credits (including Mathematics and English.)
  • Must have completed the NYSC program.
  • Must have worked in a supervisory capacity.
  • Any other professional qualification is an added advantage.
