Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:

• Support the execution of marketing strategies to engage patients, referral partners, and prospective clinicians across multiple channels.
• Develop and coordinate marketing campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads, and drive audience engagement.
• Create and manage marketing content, including email campaigns, social media posts, website updates, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing initiatives align with organizational goals and audience needs.
• Build and maintain relationships with referral partners by supporting outreach efforts, communications, and partnership marketing activities.
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance using relevant metrics and reporting tools to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization.
• Conduct market and audience research to better understand patient, partner, and clinician needs, trends, and competitive positioning.

Requirements:

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in marketing, ideally in healthcare, telehealth, or another regulated industry
• Strong writing and content creation skills across social media, email, and web copy
• Familiarity with SEO fundamentals and local/Google Business Profile optimization
• Experience with CRM/marketing automation tools (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, Mailchimp, or similar) is a strong plus
• Comfortable with basic performance tracking and reporting (lead volume, conversion, CPL)
• Understanding of (or willingness to quickly learn) HIPAA-compliant marketing practices
• Self-starter who thrives in a small, fast-moving team with high ownership
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work U.S. Eastern business hours
