Responsibilities:
Sales Generation:
- Proactively seek out sales opportunities in the Lagos area.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques.
- Devise and implement innovative marketing strategies to increase brand awareness.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging campaigns that resonate with the local audience.
- Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Implement initiatives to attract new customers to Berger Colour World.
- Enhance the overall customer experience to foster loyalty and repeat business.
- Conduct market research to identify customer preferences and tailor strategies accordingly.
- Develop and curate high-quality, visually appealing content for various platforms (social media, website, print materials).
- Craft compelling product descriptions, blog posts, and promotional content.
- Manage and update digital content to ensure consistency and relevance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the retail or paint industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of the Lagos market and its dynamics.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop effective marketing campaigns.
Remuneration: Hybrid compensation with a base Salary of NGN 75,000 - 150,000
