Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote Yiponline's products and services across various online channels, including social media, email, search engines, and affiliate marketing.
  • Create engaging content for marketing campaigns, including but not limited to blog posts, social media posts, email newsletters, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with the design team to produce visually appealing and impactful marketing materials that align with our brand identity.
  • Conduct market research to identify emerging trends, consumer preferences, and competitive insights, and leverage this information to refine marketing strategies.
  • Manage relationships with external partners, such as advertising agencies, influencers, and affiliates, to maximize the reach and effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
  • Stay informed about industry developments and best practices in digital marketing, e-commerce, and technology, and proactively propose innovative ideas to enhance Yiponline's marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments, including sales, product management, and customer support, to ensure alignment and consistency in messaging and branding efforts.


Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on e-commerce, preferably within the retail or technology sector.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, email marketing, SEO, SEM, and affiliate marketing.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling marketing messages and engage with diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to track and analyze marketing performance metrics.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to think strategically and execute tactically to achieve business goals. 

Key Performance Indicators

  • Return on Ad Spend (ROAS)
  • Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC)
  • Customer Lifetime Value (CLV)
  • Number of New Customers
  • Revenue from Marketing Campaigns
