We’re hiring a proactive Marketing & Property Assistant to support our growing property business. You’ll handle weekly content, social media, CRM updates, and assist with admin around property deals and viewings.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Post weekly blogs & schedule LinkedIn content
- Daily outreach (15 per day) on LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram
- Daily IG & FB stories, comments & DMs
- Post in 10 Facebook groups (2x weekly)
- Launch & manage TikTok page
- Share property deals via CRM & stories
- Update CRM after meetings
- Edit deal packs
- Manage reviews (Trustpilot, Google)
- Coordinate property viewings & calendars
- Liaise with solicitors, brokers, architects, etc.
- Assist with case progression
- Create & send monthly newsletters
- Book meetings, manage calendars
- Spot brand opportunities (events, podcasts, articles)
- Support property tour events with Redzz
Requirements:
- 1 year experience
- Degree in a related field
