Job summary
Our client, a premium fragrance and lifestyle brand, seeks a Marketing & Partnerships Manager to drive growth through strategic partnerships, corporate gifting, event scenting opportunities, and marketing initiatives that enhance brand visibility and generate revenue.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing initiatives that increase brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.
- Identify, pitch, and secure strategic partnerships with hotels, event planners, lifestyle brands, corporate organisations, property developers, and other relevant partners.
- Build and manage a pipeline of corporate gifting opportunities, bulk orders, and B2B sales leads.
- Develop proposals and presentations for prospective partners, clients, and collaborators.
- Drive event scenting opportunities for weddings, corporate events, hospitality spaces, retail outlets, and luxury residences.
- Plan and coordinate marketing campaigns, product launches, activations, and brand experiences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, influencers, and other key stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Social Media Manager and other team members to ensure marketing initiatives align with the brand's positioning and objectives.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities that can support business growth.
- Track marketing performance, partnership activities, lead generation efforts, and revenue outcomes, providing regular reports and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 4 years' experience in Marketing, Business Development, Partnerships, PR, Sales, or a related role.
- Proven experience identifying and securing partnerships, business opportunities, or strategic collaborations.
- Strong networking, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Commercially minded with the ability to identify opportunities that drive revenue and business growth.
- Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Experience in luxury, lifestyle, hospitality, retail, beauty, or related industries will be an advantage.
- A self-starter who is confident engaging with senior decision-makers and representing a premium brand.
- Proximity to the Island is an added advantage.
