Responsibilities:
- Research law firms, agencies, and potential partners using public sources.
- Verify contact details and email addresses, and record the sources used.
- Update spreadsheets and CRM records as instructed.
- Help create and publish content on Twitter/X and YouTube.
- Test selected website pages, links, and product features by following provided instructions.
- Document issues clearly and include screenshots where necessary.
- Keep records of completed tasks and flag missing or unverified information.
Requirements:
- OND qualification, or currently studying.
- Good written English and attention to detail.
- Comfortable with online research and Google Docs or Sheets.
- Able to follow instructions and document findings clearly.
- Willing to learn tools such as Twenty CRM, ChatGPT and Claude.
- Organised, reliable and able to work independently on assigned tasks.
- Access to a laptop and reliable internet connection.
- Available to work part-time remotely, with hours agreed before starting.
