The Marketing Officer is responsible for the operational execution and management of a company's marketing and advertising activities. Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Campaign and Content Management:

  • Develop, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, website content, and print materials.
  • Manage the company’s social media calendar and online presence, ensuring consistent messaging and timely posts.
  • Assist in planning and coordinating promotional events, webinars, and trade shows.

Analysis and Reporting:

  • Track, measure, and analyze marketing performance metrics (e.g., ROI, conversion rates, website traffic) using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Prepare detailed weekly and monthly reports on campaign effectiveness and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new trends and opportunities for growth.

Brand and Budget:

  • Ensure strict adherence to brand guidelines and messaging consistency across all internal and external communications.
  • Help monitor and manage the marketing budget for specific campaigns, ensuring cost-effectiveness.


Requirements:

  • Proven proficiency with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., SEO/SEM, email marketing software, and social media management tools).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
