Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Draft and send 10–15 tailored proposals daily to prospective clients
- Pitch real estate services and investment opportunities to companies and individuals
- Conduct in-person visits to companies for presentations and deal closing
- Identify and pursue new corporate and individual sales opportunities
- Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline
- Work closely with the internal team to close transactions and achieve targets
Requirements:
- Proven experience in marketing or sales (real estate experience is a strong advantage)
- Strong proposal writing and presentation skills
- Confident communicator with negotiation ability
- Willingness to engage in fieldwork and client visits
- Target-driven and commission-motivated
- Professional appearance and attitude
Salary: NGN150,000 monthly
Commission: 10% on sales / converted client transactions
Location: Lagos (On-site & Field-Based)
