Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and revenue growth.
- Define product positioning, value propositions, and messaging that resonate with our target audience.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and emerging trends.
- Leverage data-driven insights to optimise marketing campaigns and improve ROI.
- Plan and execute PR campaigns, build media relationships, and manage public relations efforts.
- Manage SEO and SEM campaigns to enhance online presence and organic search rankings.
- Develop and monitor marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies.
- Lead the creation of engaging marketing content, including blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Optimise digital marketing channels, including social media, partnerships, and webinars.
- Track and analyse performance metrics (e.g., conversion rates and customer acquisition costs) to refine marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with creative teams to enhance branding, messaging, and campaign effectiveness.
- Oversee website performance optimisation, including landing page improvements and user experience enhancements.
- Manage outbound and inbound marketing strategies to drive lead generation and customer acquisition.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in product marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
- Strong understanding of product lifecycle, market research, and competitive analysis.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and content creation skills.
- Proficiency in Google Ads, Google Analytics, and SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Self-starter with a proactive approach and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
