Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Marketing Officer with proven experience in FMCG sales and marketing. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, promoting company products, and building strong client relationships across Lagos.

Job Description/Requirements

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote company products and increase sales.
Identify, approach, and onboard new distributors, clients, and retail partners across Lagos (Mainland and Island).
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Conduct market research to monitor consumer trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
Drive brand awareness through both online and offline marketing efforts.
Collaborate with management to achieve weekly and monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, sales activities, and closed deals.
Represent the company at promotional events, exhibitions, and product activations when required.

Requirements:

B.Sc. / HND in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in FMCG sales or marketing.
Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets.
Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Must be confident, goal-driven, and able to work independently.
Good knowledge of both the Mainland and Island markets in Lagos.
Must have access to a smartphone and a reliable internet connection.
