Job descriptions & requirements
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate interpretation between Chinese-speaking and English-speaking employees.
- Translate documents, reports, instructions, emails, and other company materials from Chinese to English and vice versa.
- Assist during meetings, training sessions, interviews, and official engagements where translation is required.
- Facilitate clear communication between management, Chinese expatriates, and local staff.
- Ensure that translated information retains the correct meaning, context, and professional tone.
- Assist Chinese-speaking personnel with day-to-day communication and administrative activities.
- Maintain confidentiality of company information and sensitive documents.
- Support management and other departments with translation and interpretation duties as required.
Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of a BSC
- 2 years of previous experience in a similar role
