Job summary
We are seeking a result-driven Marketing Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing initiatives that promote the company's product and increase brand awareness. They will be responsible for identifying new market opportunities and engaging prospective customers.

Responsibilities:
- Plan, design, and implement promotional campaigns across multiple channels, including social media, print, email, and digital platforms.
- Conduct market research, track consumer behavior, and evaluate campaign performance against Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to optimize returns on investment.
- Oversee the creation and distribution of engaging marketing materials, such as blogs, brochures, newsletters, and promotional assets.
- Ensure all communications align with the company’s brand guidelines and messaging.
- Organize and represent the company at promotional events, trade shows, or webinars to enhance public presence and engage with customers directly.
- Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and media vendors to ensure marketing ventures are completed on time and within budget
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or any related field.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in marketing, sales, or business development
- Strong presentation and negotiation.
- Experience in lead generation and customer acquisition.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
