Marketing Manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote Detopsy Engineering Ltd’s services and capabilities
• Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning
• Manage and maintain consistent brand messaging across proposals, presentations, digital platforms, and corporate materials
• Oversee the development of marketing content such as project profiles, case studies, capability statements, and corporate presentations
• Support business development activities through targeted marketing campaigns and proposal support
• Manage digital marketing activities, including website content updates and social media presence
• Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to evaluate effectiveness and improve outcomes
• Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and media partners when required
• Plan and support corporate events, exhibitions, and industry engagements
• Supervise and guide junior marketing staff and collaborate with internal technical teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering Management, or a related field
• Proven experience in a marketing role; experience within engineering, construction, oil & gas, or technical services is an advantage
• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and proposal development
• Experience with digital marketing tools, content development, and analytics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and project management abilities
• Ability to present technical or engineering concepts in clear and professional marketing language

Remuneration: NGN 250,000 per month
