Marketing manager

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for the Foton and Isuzu brands.
• Manage and strengthen brand positioning, identity, visibility, and market presence.
• Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans aligned with business and sales objectives.
• Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, experiential, and other relevant channels.
• Work closely with the sales team to develop marketing initiatives that generate leads and support vehicle sales.

• Develop promotional campaigns, product launches, events, exhibitions, and customer engagement activities.

• Coordinate advertising campaigns with agencies, media partners, and other external vendors.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or a related discipline.

• 5+ years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in brand management or the automotive industry.

• Proven experience developing and executing marketing campaigns.

• Strong understanding of brand management and marketing strategy.
• Experience managing marketing budgets and external agencies.
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing and social media platforms.

• Excellent market research, analytical, and reporting skills.

• Experience in the automotive industry is strongly preferred.

• Experience managing automotive brands, dealerships, commercial vehicles, passenger vehicles, or related products will be an advantage.
• Experience with Foton, Isuzu, or similar international automotive brands is an advantage.

• Experience working with OEMs, distributors, dealers, or automotive networks will be an advantage.
