Responsibilities:
- Front Desk & Visitor Management: Welcome guests warmly, sign them in, and direct them to the right department.
- Calls & Correspondence: Answer and route all incoming calls professionally and promptly.
Requirements:
- Minimum of an OND in Business Administration, Office Management, or related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years as a Receptionist, Front Desk Officer, or Admin Assistant.
- FMCG/Manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, good telephone etiquette, and customer service. Proficient in MS Office: Word, Excel, Outlook. Organized, presentable, and punctual
- Ability to handle multiple tasks under pressure
